I think everyone understands grief, the journey it takes us on, whether its the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a disappointment. Some people dont deal with it, the power of it. Some do. Some feel the weight of it and it informs their choices. Ive had to open up to grief in different contexts.

People should accept being single, because those are the moments you can really focus on yourself, and learning who you are. Then when you get in a relationship, you will be stronger and have a little bit more self-awareness, self-love, and the other ingredients for a healthy relationship.

I say to people who care for people who are dying, if you really love that person and want to help them, be with them when their end comes close. Sit with them - you dont even have to talk. You dont have to do anything but really be there with them.
